Writing inspiring words
I recently contributed the chapter “to and sub-edited the bible on charity branding, Branding Inside Out, for CharityComms.
I wrote annual reports for BeatBullying in 2011, and Chance UK in 2009, 2010 and 2011, working closely with engagement consultancy Engage to design Chance UK’s reports. Moving stories, case studies and copy combined to inspire the target audiences into action.
Winners of the Technology 4 Good Digital Fundraising award, Child’s i Foundation asked me to write copy for their brand new website.
I’ve also written guest blog posts for Forster on the impact of social media on young people’s self esteem, CharityComms on what charities should say on social media, and The Very Tiger on empowering staff and volunteers to use social media (featured in the Guardian Voluntary Sector Network)
